Lee is <br/>directing the creation of an online <br/>financial coach with chat and phone <br/>based credit counseling and debt <br/>management components. As Project <br/>Manager for the E*TRADE funded <br/>Earned Income Tax Credit initiative, <br/>he developed and scaled partnerships <br/>with municipal tax coalitions to create <br/>free online self-prepared tax filing <br/>programs in eight urban and rural <br/>markets. The program returned over <br/>$5 million to 3,463 One Economy <br/>clients in 2007, more than double <br/>previous yearâs results.<br/><br/>Prior to this work, Lee served as <br/>Assistant Director of Income Policy at <br/>FoodChange in New York City, <br/>managing the nationâs largest free <br/>low-income tax preparation network, <br/>which served more than 44,000 clients <br/>annually.
